Tree Treasurers in North Jersey
The New Jersey Tree Foundation is a statewide, non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion, enhancement, and development of urban and community forestry activities through education, volunteerism, community outreach, and partnerships.
NEED-TO-KNOW:

Volunteers are needed to plant trees, mulch, weed, and cleanup. At this event, up to 40 trees will be planted.

All tree planting events are held rain or shine. Please dress for the weather, wear sturdy closed-toes shoes, and clothes you don't mind getting dirty.

All tools and gloves will be provided, no experience necessary. All ages and abilities welcome!

Volunteers should arrive by 8:45am to sign in and will begin promptly at 9:00am.

Waivers: All projects have non-negotiable age restrictions that are noted on the upper right side of each project description. If you meet the age restriction but are under 18, please have a parent or legal guardian complete the required youth waiver and bring with you to the project. Adults attending the project can expedite the registration process by printing the adult waiver in advance, sign and bring with you.
