Literacy Leaders in Newark
Join a team of adult readers who are making a significant impact in children's lives by reading out loud to youth in the community. Reading out loud builds listening skills, increases a child's attention span, and develops the ability to concentrate at length of which all are learned skills.

All projects have non-negotiable age restrictions that are noted on the upper right side of each project description. If you meet the age restriction but are under 18, please have a parent or legal guardian complete the required youth waiver to bring with you to the project.
