Planting Seeds of Hope

The mission of Planting Seeds of Hope is to create and nurture new projects that positively transform the communities and the people that participate. These projects include a range of programs to achieve all of the elements of their HOPE model - Health, Openness, Personal Development and Entrepreneurship. SWAG Project (South Ward Agricultural Garden) is a program in the South Ward of Newark, NJ consisting of an urban farm, educational classes and community market/activities.
