Program Overview

While many nonprofits rely on volunteers, lack of resources and training to help develop, scale, or refine a volunteer management program can present major hurtles in fulfilling their mission. The Jersey Cares Volunteer Engagement Consulting Program provides nonprofits with on-demand tools, specialized training, and dedicated one-on-one support informed by over 30 years of volunteer management experience.

Not only does this program benefit nonprofits directly, but offers foundations and corporations the opportunity to strengthen their investment in community partnerships and find sustainable ways to engage volunteers while still meeting the most pressing needs of the community. Together, we can help nonprofit organizations enhance their volunteer management strategies to build more resilient and capable organizations.

Benefits to Community Partners
