Employee Engagement and Volunteerism is an important part of RWJBarnabas Health’s mission and is a key pillar of the organization’s Social Impact and Community Investment practice.  The program aims to galvanize employees to use their skills and interests to improve community health, wellbeing and quality of life in our local communities.

Our dedication to serving the people of New Jersey extends far beyond the care we provide within our hospital walls. We support programs that promote health and wellness in our communities and provide access to services that would otherwise be unavailable. We are committed to the ongoing improvement of the health, quality of life and vitality of our communities. To learn more about the reasons behind the impact we make as a network, please visit our SICI website.
