9/11 Day of Service
Transforming 9/11 into a day of “unity, empathy and service as an enduring and positive tribute to those lost and injured,” Jersey Cares will again present its annual 9/11 Day of Service. On Saturday, September 9, 2017 Jersey Cares volunteers will come together to strengthen a community deeply impacted by the events of September 11th. 500 volunteers will have the opportunity to revitalize a historically underserved high school in Jersey City that stood witness to the tragic events of the day. Join Jersey Cares and your neighbors as we dedicate a day of service to that which makes us great – each other.
Teams and individuals are welcome to participate. Volunteers ages 4 and up are welcome. Advance registration is required. Click here to volunteer!
