Uplifting Community In Jersey City
Triangle Park Community Center, a ministry of Episcopal Jersey City works towards a community without violence and with hope in the Ferris- Triangle Park section of Greenville; a historically under-resourced area of Jersey City. They do this by feeding, clothing and bringing existent supportive and educational programs to their neighbors that would otherwise be financially or geographically inaccessible. They serve as a hub for activism, partnering with local leaders and community members for the betterment of Greenville and they create events that bring joy, community and neighbors together.
This is a join church service that is meant to motivate and uplift the community. Volunteers will be helping set up tables and serving food to members of the community.
NEED-TO-KNOW

Volunteers will set up chairs, tables, tents, etc.

Volunteers will be greeting guests, handing out marketing materials and serve brunch

Volunteers will also clean up and breakdown of chairs, table and tents

Waivers: All projects have non-negotiable age restrictions that are noted on the upper right side of each project description. If you meet the age restriction but are under 18, please have a parent or legal guardian complete the required youth waiver and bring with you to the project. Adults attending the project can expedite the registration process by printing the adult waiver in advance, sign and bring with you.
