Hudson County Alliance to End Homelessness

Project Homeless Connect (PHC) is a one-day, one-stop event on Wednesday, January 25, 2012, to serve Homeless individuals and families, providing thermals, socks, coats, scarves/hats/gloves, breakfast, hot lunch, bagged-meal-to-go, information and referrals, hygiene kits, medical screening, HIV screening and more. It is organized by the Hudson County Alliance to End Homelessness (HCAEH), a collaboration between local government, non-profits and the business sector, and takes place in coordination with the County's annual Point in Time (PIT) Count of the Homeless. Volunteer participation is essential to making PHC a success!
