It's the most wonderful time of the year - the Season of Service! Jersey Cares is looking for individuals with a passion for volunteerism and making a difference to become Project Coordinators who assist Jersey Cares in leading projects to support local communities. Participants will have the opportunity to earn volunteer hours, gain leadership experience, and connect with like-minded individuals across the state.
Program Overview
Give back to your community this holiday season by becoming a Project Coordinator to lead projects that support your local community.
Participants in the Season of Service are asked to lead a minimum of 12 volunteer projects from November 1st through January 31st.
• Take attendance and submit volunteer hours verification
• Take pictures and either share on social media or email to Jersey Cares
• Complete volunteer feedback surveys at the end of all projects
Volunteers new to Jersey Cares will first need to register as a Project Coordinator by completing a background check and attending a training. Volunteers who are already trained as a Project Coordinator do not need to complete additional training in order to participate in the Season of Service - simply let us know via email at lead@jerseycares.org.
