Jersey Cares Annual Winter Coat Drive

On a few days leading up to the sort-off and again on Saturday, December 14th, Jersey Cares will host its annual "coat sorting" during which volunteers will gather at each central drop-off point across the state to sort all of the collected coats. Then on Monday, December 16th volunteers will gather at each central drop-off location across the state for "coat distribution". You may register for either day by clicking the links below for the corresponding city. 

Jersey Cares collects more than 30,000 coats each year with the help of corporate groups, churches, individual volunteers, and civic organizations. The coats are then picked up by our nonprofit partners and given to those who need them.
 

If you are interested in volunteering with us on Thursday, December 12th we have opportunities in Paramus, Morristown, and Union.

If you are interested in volunteering with us on Friday, December 13th we have opportunities in Branchburg, Jersey City, and Morristown.
