Now more than ever, mentorship takes front stage in assuring that high school students thrive and are motivated to continue on their journey to graduation and beyond. As we navigate through these evolving times in education, its crucial to provide support to those students who strive to create their own version of success.

It has been proven that at-risk youth that are falling behind in their academics are more than 50% likely to enroll in college if they have a mentor.

GETTING STARTED

1. Complete an introduction survey describing any prior mentorship experience and your current job title (2-3 minutes)
2. Complete a background check
3. Get matched with your student!
4. Communicate with your mentee once a week
